Deadlines Announced for Ministry Calendars

July 1st, 2009 at 6pm is the deadline for ministry calendars/scheduling requests to be submitted online for the June 2009 to June 2010 calendar year at mslrp.org

Ministries are requested to fill out forms for proposed:

Weekly or Monthly Meetings
Retreats
Fundraisers
Parties
Trainings
Liturgies
Celebrations
Musical Programs
Concerts
Picnics
Field Days
Deanery Meetings
Group Meetings
Rehearsals

etc.

Groups will be scheduled first on a priority basis, secondly on a first come, first served dated and time stamped using the online computer system.

Large events that do not take place at MSLRP but should be on the parish calendar so everyone will know about them should also be requested at this time.
